Laura Webb is a powerhouse creative with a dynamic career spanning stage, screen, choreography, creative direction, and production. Her journey in the performing arts began at the age of three, where elite training from a young age laid the foundation for a career defined by excellence, versatility, and leadership. With formal qualifications in Performing Arts, Dance Teaching and Management, and Training & Assessment, Laura has become a multifaceted force within the global performing arts industry.Her professional career includes credits alongside some of the most iconic names in entertainment, including Baz Luhrmann (The Great Gatsby), Kelley Abbey, The Squared Division, Ame Delves, and Michael Boyd. As a performer, Laura has appeared in landmark productions such as The Man From Snowy River Arena Spectacular, Carmen with Opera Australia, and on major television shows including The Voice, X-Factor, So You Think You Can Dance, and Dance Academy. She has also collaborated with internationally recognised artists including Jessie J, Kelly Rowland, Brian McFadden, and Anthony Callea.
In 2013, at just 20 years old, Laura co-founded The Next Step Performing Arts, a revolutionary training institution that helped redefine performing arts education in Australia. Over more than a decade, the school became renowned for producing technically strong, industry ready performers while fostering confidence, artistry, and longevity.
Laura is an accomplished adjudicator and educator, having taught and adjudicated extensively across Australia, the USA, Singapore, and New Zealand. She brings a global perspective to every panel and classroom, grounded in current industry standards and real world experience. Having spent much of 2025 based in Singapore directing and producing international works, Laura further expanded her creative reach and cross cultural understanding of performance and production. Now thriving as a Producer, Director, and Creative Director, Laura leads large scale productions, concept films, and live events that fuse technical mastery with emotional impact. Known for her uplifting, insightful, and constructive approach, she is deeply passionate about nurturing performers from multiple angles supporting not only their technique, but their confidence, artistry, and professional growth. Through her work, Laura continues to shape the future of performance while inspiring the next generation of artists worldwide.
